On March 6, 2023, the Delaware Healthcare Association sent a letter of support to Representative Briggs King, the sponsor of House Bill 41, also known as the Digital Right to Repair Act. The letter expresses DHA's support for providing hospitals with the choice to use independent service organizations to repair medical equipment. The letter also states DHA's opposition to any efforts to exempt medical equipment from the bill.
