On June 20th, DHA sent a letter to Rep. Lambert raising concerns with the requirement in HB 227 that physicians complete lead testing and reporting training every two years. Ultimately, Rep. Lambert offered House Amendment 2 to remove the training requirement from HB 227. As such, DHA supported the bill with this revision.
