Yasmine Chinoy

Yasmine Chinoy serves as the Member Services & Special Events Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the President & CEO of the Delaware Healthcare Association. Yasmine brings a wealth of global experience and a passion for community engagement to her dual role at DHA. She began her career in the United Arab Emirates as a Customer Service Representative at the National Bank of Sharjah and has since worked across multiple industries, including construction, hospitality, banking, and corporate administration. Driven by her love for reading, Yasmine founded a pioneering community lending library—one of the first in her region—which quickly became a cherished destination for book lovers. After immigrating to the United States in 2012, Yasmine became an essential part of the DHA team. Her professionalism, versatility, and commitment to excellence continue to make a meaningful impact across the organization.
