Phylicia Edmonds is the Administrative Coordinator at the Delaware Healthcare Association (DHA). Her role is to support the organization’s mission to advance health care in Delaware through advocacy, policy leadership, and member engagement. Phylicia provides high-level administrative and operational support to DHA’s leadership team and staff, ensuring the smooth execution of internal processes, meetings, and external communications. As coordinator, she serves as a key point of contact for member organizations, partners, and stakeholders, while managing day-to-day office functions, scheduling, document preparation, and event coordination.
Phylicia holds a B.S. Health Education with a concentration in Public Health from Montclair State University and an M.A. in Wellness and Lifestyle Management from Rowan University. Originally from South Jersey, Phylicia now lives in New Castle, Delaware with her husband Justin, their daughter Zara, and Maltese/Yorkie named Riley.
