On June 30th, DHA sent an letter to Representative Harris and Senator McBride sharing DHA’s support for HS 1 for HB 383 with the inclusion of Senate Amendment 1. The bill as amended prohibits discrimination by pharmacy benefits managers against 340B covered entities, including hospitals and other safety-net providers.
