On February 23, the Delaware Healthcare Association submitted a letter and also testified during the public comment period of the Joint Finance Committee hearing on the Governor’s recommended budget for the Department of Health and Social Services. DHA’s testimony supported funding for the new Health Care Provider Loan Repayment Program to attract more primary care providers to Delaware.
