DHA Supports Protecting Providers of Gender-Affirming Care

DHA sent a letter of support for HB 346 to Representative Neal on March 27th. HB 346 provides legal protections to providers of gender-affirming health care, ensuring that medical professionals who provide gender-affirming care in Delaware cannot be disciplined for such services.
