DHA sent a letter to the sponsors of HB 348, Representative David Bentz and Senator Bryan Townsend, in support of this legislation to extend the telehealth flexibility provided by the COVID-19 State of Emergency Declaration for the State of Delaware. Continuing these telehealth provisions will ensure Delawareans will have continued access to health care from the safety of their own homes during COVID-19.
