DHA sent a letter of support to Senator Marie Pinkney regarding express support for Senate Bill 152, legislation that would authorize the Director and Deputy Director of the Division of Family Services (DFS) within the Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families (DSCYF) to designate a representative to consent to voluntary admissions and sign for admission to a psychiatric hospital for youth in DFS custody.
