DHA Supporting Comments on Human Trafficking Response (HB 42)

DHA sent a letter of support to Representative Kim Williams regarding House Bill 42. This bill strengthens Delaware’s response to human trafficking of children by ensuring coordination between key agencies and a multidisciplinary response.
