On December 22, 2023, DHA sent a letter of support to Senator Marie Pinkney on SB 195 which takes important steps to boost utilization of the Delaware Medical Orders for Scope of Treatment (DMOST) by creating a DMOST program at the Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS).
