On March 27th, DHA sent a letter of opposition to HS 1 to House Bill 350 to the bill sponsors. HB 350 creates a board to oversee Delaware hospital budgets — usurping community board authoruty with a politically appointed board on the state level. House Substitute 1 for House Bill 350 as a risky plan that would harm patient care and fail to control healthcare costs in Delaware.
