DHA Letter to Senate Committee on HS 2 for HB 350

DHA sent a letter to Senate Executive Committee members ahead of the Senate Executive Committee hearing on HB 350 on May 7th. The letter outlined DHA’s opposition to the bill as currently written as well as several amendments needed to improve the bill.
