DHA Concerns with Definitions in SB 127, Board Requirements on Patient Abuse

DHA sent a letter to Senator Mantzavinos raising concerns with the definitions included in SB 127. DHA agrees with the intent of the bill to address patient abuse, but disagrees with the broad definition of “corrective action,” which would make it challenging for a board member to carry out the requirements in the bill.
