On December 30th, the Delaware Healthcare Association (DHA) submitted comments to the Delaware Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance (DMMA) in response to the proposed regulation entitled “Authorization and Regulation of Medicaid/CHIP/Accountable Care Organizations.” In the letter, DHA expressed support for the proposed regulation, and urged flexibility in the final regulation in recognition of the progress already made by Delaware hospitals in undertaking value-based payment arrangements.
