DHA sent a letter on December 11th to Delaware’s Congressional Delegation urging that several priority issues be included in the legislative package Congress may consider before the end of the year. Those priorities include the need to extend telehealth and hospital at home waivers, preventing physician payment cuts, preventing DSH cuts, rejecting site-neutral payment proposals, and more.
