DHA Supporting Comments for an Increase in Tobacco Tax (HS 1 for HB 215)

DHA shared a letter of support with House Speaker Melissa Minor-Brown regarding House Substitute 1 for House Bill 215, which increases the cigarette tax by $1.50 per pack and raises taxes on other tobacco products to 40% of the wholesale price.
