Dr. Le-Ann Harris, DNP, MHA, RN, NEA-BC, serves as Interim President for Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic South and Regional Chief Nursing Officer for the Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Region. In these roles, she provides executive leadership for Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital and Saint Francis Hospital while leading regional nursing strategy across Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. She is responsible for advancing operational excellence, clinical quality, workforce engagement, and exceptional patient-centered care.

With more than two decades of progressive healthcare leadership, Dr. Harris has held executive roles as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Nursing Officer, and Vice President of Patient Care Services. Her experience spans leadership of a 600-bed Level I Trauma Center, multiple community hospitals, freestanding emergency departments, and regional oversight of 33 senior living communities across three states.

Known for her collaborative and transformational leadership style, Dr. Harris leads with integrity, authenticity, and a steadfast commitment to people. She is recognized for building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational culture, fostering physician and community partnerships, and driving measurable improvements in quality, safety, patient experience, and financial performance.
