Today, the Primary Care Collaborative, a group created by SB 227 to promote primary care in Delaware, delivered its report to the General Assembly. DHA submitted comments included in the final report that agree with the goals of promoting primary care in Delaware, but strongly oppose one of the report’s recommendations – a “cap on hospital rates.”
