On January 25th, the Delaware Healthcare Association sent a letter to Rep. Ed Osienski opposing legislation, House Bill 1 and House Bill 2, relating to the legalization and regulation of marijuana for recreational use. The Delaware Healthcare Association is concerned that legalizing marijuana for recreational use could have a negative impact on the health of Delawareans.
