DHA Supportive Comments on the Sale and Distribution of Kratom (SB 262)

DHA sent a letter of support to Senator Kyra Hoffner regarding Senate Bill 262, which would make it unlawful to manufacture, distribute, sell, offer for sell, or possess with intent to sell kratom products. Additionally, this bill classifies possession of a personal use quantity of a kratom product as a Class B misdemeanor.
