DHA Concerns with Excluding Hospitals from HS 1 for HB 383 (340B nondiscrimination)

On June 13th, DHA sent a letter raising concerns that HS 1 for HB 383 as currently written removes hospitals from the benefits of the bill, which is intended to prohibit discrimination in the 340B program by manufacturers and PBMs.
