DHA sent a letter of support to Rep. Bentz on April 20th in support of his bill, the Telehealth Access Preservation & Modernization Act (HB 160). The bill seeks to permanently extend many of the telehealth flexibilities provided during the COVID-19 Pandemic and would also join Delaware to the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
