Close to 500 healthcare leaders, policymakers and professionals gathered for DHA’s 29th Delaware Healthcare Forum in 2025 where we discussed the power of collaboration, bold leadership, and how we can navigate this challenging time with hope. It was a special privilege to hear from our Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) Secretary Young, advocates on the First State Health Leaders Alliance, generational expert Phil Gwoke, health experts in the field, and more. We also had the honor of announcing DHA’s Legislators of the Year: House Speaker Melissa Minor-Brown and Senator Marie Pinkney. On behalf of Delaware’s hospitals and health systems as well as the Delawareans they serve, we are grateful for their leadership in championing policies that will make all of us healthier and enable hospitals to continue providing high-quality, accessible care across the state. We’re energized and can’t wait to see what we accomplish together!
Coordinated by the Delaware Healthcare Association and in providership with the American College of Healthcare Executives and Bayhealth, this annual forum brings together policymakers and professionals across hospitals, health systems, and the healthcare community for a full day of interactive learning, informative panels, and guest speakers. In the past, forums have tackled topics around health equity, access, affordability, and more.
